Bursa’da bahar nezlesi nedeniyle hastaneye giden minik Yüsra, yanlış serum verilmesi sonucu hayatını kaybetti. 19 Mayıs’ta, 7 yaşındaki Yüsra’nın şüpheli ölümü üzerine Bursa Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı soruşturma başlattı.
Savcılıktan yapılan açıklamaya göre, “Basın yayın kuruluşlarında yer alan ‘Bursa’da 7 yaşındaki çocuğun hastanede şüpheli ölümü’ haberine konu olayla ilgili olarak; 20 Mayıs 2024 tarihinde mağdur Y.T.’nin rahatsızlanarak tedavi için Bursa Şehir Hastanesi’ne götürüldüğü, yapılan tedavinin ardından kurtarılamayarak hayatını kaybettiği olayla ilgili ihmal iddiası nedeniyle Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığımızca soruşturma başlatıldığı, soruşturmanın titizlikle yürütüldüğü, soruşturmanın safahatı ve sonucu hakkında bilgi verileceği” belirtildi.
