ABD’de çift rahimli Kelsey Hatcher’in bir gün arayla iki kez doğum yaptığı bildirildi.
BBC’nin haberine göre, Alabama Üniversitesi Hastanesi’nde doğum yapan 32 yaşındaki Hatcher, çarşamba günü ilk, perşembe günü de ikinci kızını dünyaya getirdi.
Hatcher, nadir görülen hamilelik ve 20 saati aşan doğumun ardından kız bebekleriyle taburcu edildi.
Sosyal medya hesabından kendisiyle ilgilenen sağlık ekibine teşekkür eden Hatcher, yılbaşı tatilinin tadını kızlarıyla çıkaracağını belirtti.
Alabama Üniversitesinden uzmanlar, çift rahimliliğin kadınların yüzde 0,03’ünde görüldüğünü ve bu durumda ikiz bebek ihtimalinin milyonda bir olduğunu kaydetti.
Bangladeş’te 2019’da çift rahimli kadının bir ay arayla ikiz bebek doğurduğu bildirilmişti. AA
