Batman Eğitim Araştırma Merkezinde faaliyet gösteren Geleneksel ve Tamamlayıcı Tıp (GETAT) ünitesi, Dünya Sağlık Örgütünün tanımına uygun olarak bedensel, zihinsel ve ruhsal hastalıkların önlenmesi, tanısı, iyileştirilmesi ve tedavisinde kullanılan geleneksel ve tamamlayıcı tıp uygulamalarını kapsayan bir merkeze dönüştü.
Merkez bünyesinde ozon, kupa (hacamat) ve akupunktur tedavileri gibi uygulamalar, deneyimli doktorlar tarafından gerçekleştiriliyor. İl Sağlık Müdürü Uzman Dr. Semih Canpolat, 2021 yılından bu yana GETAT hizmeti sunan ünitenin artık GETAT Merkezi olarak hizmet verdiğini söyledi. Canpolat, “GETAT Merkezi, eğitim vermeye yetkilendirilmiş ve daha kapsamlı bir tedavi protokolü oluşturmak üzere ‘GETAT Merkezi’ statüsü kazanmıştır” dedi.
Canpolat, hastaların 182’yi arayarak veya MHRS uygulaması üzerinden Geleneksel ve Tamamlayıcı Tıp bölümünü seçerek, ozon, kupa (hacamat) veya akupunktur tedavilerinden birini seçerek randevu alabileceklerini belirtti. (İHA)
